Sustainable Territory

Sustainable Territory is the contest launched in 2018 that aims to fund the best projects of associations, cooperatives, start-ups and others that want to initiate a process of economic, social and environmental development within Italy. Underlying the initiative is the desire to support the implementation of projects that ensure wellbeing and development for local communities, supporting the areas where TeamSystem is present.

The initiative involves every Group employee - they are asked to present and vote on projects they would like TeamSystem to contribute to. The winning projects, chosen to represent the different territories, receive funding of up to 10,000 euros each.

Valore D

TeamSystem is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and valuing diversity to benefit both business and people.

One of the ways we have chosen to value diversity and grow in this direction is to become part of the Valore D network, the first association of companies in Italy, 217 to date, with a total of more than two million employees, that has been committed to gender balance and an inclusive culture in organizations and in our country for more than ten years. Small steps towards an increasingly inclusive TeamSystem.

PC Donations

Digital accessibility is an increasingly important issue in our society, as is the reduction of waste. With the aim of declaring its mission 'Bringing digital into every business' also in the social sphere and encouraging the reuse of IT equipment, TeamSystem in the course of 2021 donated 50 desktop computers, complete with monitors, keyboards and related equipment, to various organizations and associations in the Marche region, including the Italian Red Cross.

Treedom

A tree stands for growth, vitality, attachment to the land. The forest is a symbol of strength, union, sharing and development. TeamSystem, has chosen to invest in a forest of 1500 trees through Treedom, the web platform that allows you to plant a tree and follow its history.
